All services are subject to availability and may require prior consultation, quotation approval, and advance booking.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via written communication (email, WhatsApp, or signed contract).
A non-refundable advance may be required to secure your date.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of advance payments.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Content Usage Rights

Klicko Production retains the copyright of all photos and videos created, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are granted a license to use the final content for personal or commercial purposes.
We may use selected work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, availability, and required permissions (venue access, model releases, etc.).
Any delays or changes caused by the client may affect project delivery timelines.

7. Website Usage

You agree not to misuse our website by attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt services.
All content on this site, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Klicko Production and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% client satisfaction, Klicko Production shall not be held liable for:

Delays caused by technical failures, weather, or acts beyond our control
Loss of data or content after final delivery
Issues arising from misuse or third-party editing of our content

9. Changes to These Terms

Klicko Production may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
